REHEARSAL RATES:

FIVE DOCK: $55/hr

HILLSDALE: $55/hr for the larger studios + $33/hr for the smaller

Discounts apply for multiple rehearsals & sub-lease contracts

EVENT RATES:

FIVE DOCK + HILLSDALE: $77/hr + $120 Cleaning Fee

Evening Parties (serving alcohol): Add $47.50/hr for Security Staff to manage your event

• Sound Systems with Bluetooth + Auxiliary Cables for easy connection to all devices
• 2 x mode lighting design
• Air Conditioning / Heating System

• 1 x waiting room area with large flat screen TV & chairs. This acts as a 'viewing room' where you can view each studio space without interrupting them
• Bathroom amenities
• Kitchenette with fridge and microwave
• On street parking directly outside the venue

HILLSDALE STUDIOS

Include:
• High quality Tarkett Flooring throughout
• Full length mirrored walls
• High clearance ceiling height for Aerial / Cirque
• Sound Systems with Bluetooth + Auxiliary Cables for easy connection to all devices.
• Ballet Barres
• Industrial Fans
• 2 x mode lighting design
• 1 x waiting room area with large flat screen TV + chairs.
• Bathroom and Shower Amenities
• Air Conditioning / Heating System in Studio 3
• Kitchen with Stove, Microwave + Fridge
