GOVERNMENT REBATES
Elevate is proud to be a registered ACTIVE Kids & CREATIVE Kids Provider. This means that all school aged children enrolled with us are eligible to claim up to $300 per year off their dance fees.
ALL VOUCHERS MUST BE EMAILED TO US WITH YOUR CHILD'S DOB AT THE START OF TERM
COSTUME FEES
All Elevate students participate in a professional end of year performance at an iconic Theatre in Sydney. Your Concert Costume is high quality, made to measure and you are able to take them home.

CONDITIONS
REGISTRATION: Each client must sign an enrolment form before participating in their first lesson with us. This form must include up to date contact information and any medical conditions the client may have.
FEES: All initial trial lessons are free of charge if not continued throughout the term. All fees include GST. Term and costume fees are non refundable. Fees are due before the Term commences.
CREDIT CARDS: All enrolled clients are required to provide their CC details for EPA to keep on file. The card will only be charged if term fees are not paid within our 14 day terms. CC transactions incur a 2.2% fee. Please view our Privacy Policy below.
COMPULSORY EVENTS: All students are required to take part in x 3 yearly compulsory events including:
1) Our annual end of year Showcase
2) Our annual Dress Rehearsal
3) Our annual Photo Day.
R.A.D EXAM STUDENTS: Must attend their allocated holiday workshop intensives. These take place on 1 x day each school holiday period.
PHOTOS / FOOTAGE: All photo day images remain the property of Elevate Performing Arts Pty Ltd and can be used for marketing purposes. Some classes and Elevate events may be filmed and photographed, this footage remains the property of Elevate Performing Arts Pty Ltd and may be used for marketing purposes.
TERM STRUCTURE: Each Term varies between 7-9 weeks. Term fees are based upon approximately 34 weeks per year (subject to change).
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Classes do not take place on Public Holidays. We encourage those who miss classes due to a pubic holiday, to do a 'MAKE UP' class. You can choose your 'MAKE UP' classes from any class on our timetable, held on any day if the week. 'MAKE UP' classes can be used anytime throughout that year.
SUPERVISION: Elevate Performing Arts Pty Ltd is only responsible for students inside the studio during their allocated class time. Elevate Performing Arts Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any student dropped off early to the venue, or left after class time has finished if parents/guardians are late. Please ensure your child is supervised when outside their class hours.
INJURY: Elevate Performing Arts Pty Ltd advocates safe dance practise in all their lessons, however we take no responsibility for injuries that take place during class time.
